BORDALLO CONSULTING ENGINEERS (BorCon Engineers) was founded in2008 by Miguel C. Bordallo, P.E., and incorporated in 2013, to provide intelligent and innovative engineering and project management solutions for the built environment for our Guam-based clients. With Principals with over 25 years of experience on Guam and California, BorCon Engineers is well equipped to apply effective solutions to a wide range of projects. Project Construction Manager / Inspector / QA-QC

15 years experience as a project construction manager. Has led project teams to finish projects on time and on budget.
